What’s Brewin’?

Church Street Alley Opens! 🎉

One of the city’s most famous streets is getting even more fun places to enjoy thanks to a new development project by Bridger Properties. A series of exciting new places to eat, drink, and hang out are expected to open this Fall.

The first in this series is Church Street Alley, a new place to sit, swing, play, and enjoy the city. Located between the Marietta Square Market and the renovated shops, the Church Street Alley features new turfed areas, benches, and walkways.

Church Street Alley is open to the public this weekend! Be sure to swing by on your downtown walk or take the family to a new, fun place to relax. Also, keep reading to learn about one of the first new Church St. businesses opening on Saturday.

Spooky Succulents 🪴

What is a werewolf’s favorite plant? A monster-a (get it? Monstera?)

This Saturday, the Marietta Square Market is putting the Halloween Plant and Artist Market hosted by Propagation Diaries. Swing by the market and enjoy some fascinating rare plants, awesome art, creepy ceramics, jewelry and more!

This is a free event and perfect for some family fun. Just keep your Halloween candy away from the venus fly traps.

The holidays are coming up SCARY fast! Don’t let them sneak by without making your space look amazing! Check out The Spirit Exchange Co today.

City News 🏙️

Early on Wednesday morning, a break-in occurred at Collected ATL, a local vintage goods store in downtown Marietta. Large panes of glass were shattered, leaving this this local, family business with a massive added expense.

The owner of Collected ATL, Sean, called out to their followers on Instagram asking for community support and posting a link to their GoFundMe to cover the cost of the damages.

If you would like to help Sean, and the good people at Collected ATL, please check out the donation link HERE. You can also support them by attending their pop-up at Tuesday Coffee on Saturday.
